Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
A declaration required by CCPA, CPRA, MODPA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA.
Our position
Vanpaultek does not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Both “sell” and “share” are defined as they are in the California Privacy Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.140(ad), (ah)) and the analogous definitions in the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and Utah Consumer Privacy Act.
We do not monetize personal information. We do not run cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not transfer personal information to third parties for their own marketing, analytics, or advertising purposes.
Scope of this page
This page is surfaced on a persistent footer link to satisfy the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requirement that qualifying businesses provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, even when the answer is “we don’t sell or share in the first place.” The same language is required (or will shortly be required) by Maryland MODPA, Colorado CPA, and others.
Submitting an opt-out request

Authorized agents
If you have designated an agent to submit requests on your behalf, include a copy of the written authorization or a power of attorney with the request. We may contact you directly to verify that you authorized the agent.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request from your browser for California and other states that recognize it. When GPC is enabled you do not need to send us a separate email.
